Corn and Olive oil mix seems to be used in their pizza crust, sold from their website Tastes of Chicago and at the restaurants. The Crustless pizza, however, does not contain any oils, other than those from the ingredients that you might add. The "crust" is a sausage patty and you add toppings onto that as you like. The bagels themselves are seed oil free.

The Hanger Steak dish is prepared and cooked with extra virgin olive oil and served with butter. Did not inquire about other dishes.

EVOO is used for everything except some fried food. Chicken Parm is fried in EVOO. Ask about anything else fried.

All the pizza is EVOO except the Vodka Chicken because it’s breaded. Wings and all breaded chicken uses other oil.

different oils are used for different dishes, I don't know which use which but I was told canola oil is used in the kitchen
