Sources of oils at In N Out: - Fries are cooked in sunflower oil - The spread and buns have soybean oil - Coconut oil in the hot cocoa No oil is used on the griddle to cook the patties, with the exception that the salt & pepper mixture may have canola oil. To be really safe, ask for your patties cooked without salt & pepper.

They don’t use any oil for their ice cream, all milk fat. Didn’t check the milk label, but I presume (hope) it’s good. They also mark which flavors contain soy.

Most products contain sunflower or soybean oil including the buns, chili, cakes, American cheese slices. No oil is added to the griddle to cook the beef patties, so the burgers can be made seed oil free by going bunless or on a bed of shredded lettuce. Fryer uses canola oil. Ingredients of all products are available on the website.

Vegetable oil is used in the standard dough. No oil is listed in their gluten free dough, which is unfortunately not nearly as good.

Roti uses a canola and olive oil blend which is present in the marinades for all the meats, the rice, lentils, tomato & cucumber, marinated cabbage, and roasted tomatoes. The pita has no oil, but the gluten free pita does.
