Roti uses a canola and olive oil blend which is present in the marinades for all the meats, the rice, lentils, tomato & cucumber, marinated cabbage, and roasted tomatoes. The pita has no oil, but the gluten free pita does.

However, these do contain an assortment of other undesirable ingredients. The sundaes, except for the Peanut Butter Sundae, are free from seed oils. The ice cream cones contain seed oils. The fryer oil is Mazola ZT (a mixture of corn & sunflower oil). The coleslaw also contains soybean and/or canola oil. This applies to all locations.
