Dai Due is 100% seed oil-free. We cook predominately with Texas olive oil, animal fats from hogs, beef, chicken and duck, and butter. We deep-fry in beef tallow. Our mayonnaise is made with Zero Acres fermented sugarcane oil.

Everything on our menu is seed oil free including all of our house-made sauces. We have two exceptions on the menu at the moment, which include the gluten-free wraps, and the gluten-free buns.

No Alternative Milks (like seed oil Oat milk), only real non-homogenized milk. Only coconut oil and olive oil and butter used in the bakery and kitchen. Chocolate is 2 ingredients - only organic cacao and organic sugar.

The restaurant is 100% seed oil free! The owners specifically opened this restaurant because there are almost zero restaurants on island that don't use seed oils. Very friendly service and great food!
