The restaurant is 100% seed oil free! The owners specifically opened this restaurant because there are almost zero restaurants on island that don't use seed oils. Very friendly service and great food!

Corn and Olive oil mix seems to be used in their pizza crust, sold from their website Tastes of Chicago and at the restaurants. The Crustless pizza, however, does not contain any oils, other than those from the ingredients that you might add. The "crust" is a sausage patty and you add toppings onto that as you like. This can be ordered from the restaurant and through Tastes of Chicago website for delivery across the US. https://www.tastesofchicago.com/category/lou-malnatis-crustless-pizza
