Stay away from fried foods, toum, and cookies. Toppings and other sauces use 100% olive oil (the greek vinaigrette hardens when refrigerated). Sautéed foods use olive pomace oil.

95% of the menu is cooked with or contains sunflower oil as an ingredient. The oil is blended with a little olive oil, so if a team member tells you they use 100% olive oil they aren’t correct.

No seed oils, ever. Olive oil used for almost everything, eggs cooked in grass-fed butter.

Full ingredients are listed for each menu item on their website. The vast majority of recipes are seed oil free. Because I frequent this place, I emailed the owner and politely requested they reconsider using any seed oils.
